Interested in participating in YVSC’s Insight: Art for Climate Action event? Want to learn more about plein air painting and its role in climate advocacy? Join us for an outdoor plein air painting outing with local painter Ann Feldman. Participants will have the opportunity to appreciate our natural environment through art and learn how the practice of plein air relates to the climate themes that Insight: Art for Climate Action explores. Artists of all experience levels are welcome, must bring their own materials, and are encouraged to bring any media they would like — charcoal, watercolor, pencils, oils, etc.!

The mission of Insight: Art for Climate Action it to elevate the arts as a means of engaging, empowering, and inspiring climate action and its value through storytelling, visual representation, and community building. The program centers around an art show at Wildhorse Cinema throughout March 2026.
